Quality, Safety, Environment and CSR Policy

The Sodalia group, which specialises in detergents and cleaning products, has over 100 years of experience and on an ERP developed on our own. Quality, safety and the environment are among the pillars of the group.

Our QSE management system aims to satisfy our customers, preserve our environment, and ensure the health, safety and well-being of our employees. This system complies with the requirements of ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 45001 for safety, ISO 14001 for the environment and ISO 50001 for energy.

Our commitment is reinforced by the signature of the sustainable cleaning charter and our involvement in an ISO 26000 CSR process.

It is based on the following objectives:

Quality: a loyalty tool

  • Listen to our customers, employees, suppliers and the community to understand their expectations: through the SWOT
  • Improve our range: through the development of an ECOCERT range
  • Ensure supplier compliance: targeted audits and quality controls
  • Process requests and orders in accordance with our commitments, with speed and reliability, while preserving the product: monitoring of the service rate
  • Consider a complaint as an opportunity to build customer loyalty: each employee who receives a complaint must act in solidarity with the company and ensure that a rapid response is provided: NC response time.
  • Continuously improve the quality of our products and services through corrective and preventive measures, in order to aim for zero defects.
  • The implementation and respect of good manufacturing practices for cosmetics according to the ISO 22716 standard.
  • The development of training activities to guarantee a level of quality that is always geared towards improving the service provided to customers.

Safety and Health: Protecting employees

  • Preventing occupational risks: identifying and reducing risk levels in the single document to limit the number of accidents and dangerous situations.
  • Systematically analyze accidents or dangerous situations to avoid their recurrence and aim for zero accidents.
  • Improving the quality of life at work: taking into account psycho-social risks (PSR), improving the ergonomics of workstations and work environments.

Environment: Protecting your environment to guarantee your future

  • Prevent environmental risks: identify and reduce the risk levels of the environmental analysis to limit the number of accidental pollutions.
  • Systematically analyze accidents or dangerous situations to avoid their recurrence and aim for zero accidents.
  • Reduce our waste and recover it through recycling and reuse: identify the sources and types of waste emissions.


  • Preserve natural resources by reducing our energy consumption, mainly fuel and electricity: analysis of the carbon footprint and sources of consumption.

CSR: the well-being of employees Employee involvement: all towards a common goal

  • The steering committee defines, promotes and deploys the policy.
  • The QSE department, in collaboration with the department heads, assists employees in implementing this policy: training, audits, analysis of malfunctions and continuous improvement.
  • All the staff applies the rules defined to guarantee the quality of our productions, to limit our impact on the environment and to reduce the risks of accidents.
  • Each employee has the responsibility to apply and encourage the good practice of these rules, as well as to adopt the right behaviors.
  • Everyone must adhere to this policy and promote it in their daily actions. These objectives are reviewed annually as part of the company's strategic plan.
  • We are counting on the involvement of each and every one of us for an effective and efficient deployment of this Quality, Safety, Health, Environment and CSR policy.
