Acting on our energy performance

Since 2007, our commitment to energy efficiency at our plant has enabled us to halve our energy consumption and reduce our carbon footprint by a factor of seven, bringing it down to the level of a family of 4. These significant efforts have been certified by the ISO 50001 standard since 2016.
Our scope of action has since broadened considerably, going beyond our buildings alone.

Nos actions ciblées :

In terms of our buildings, we have focused on renovating and insulating the plant, and installing solar panels to reduce our energy dependence.
For the transport of our goods, we are optimizing our routes and using ethanol-powered trucks, thus reducing the impact of our deliveries.
In terms of manufacturing, we are implementing more sustainable practices, such as rainwater harvesting, the development of eco-certified formulas and the choice of raw materials of plant origin.
Finally, in terms of packaging, we are working to reduce our footprint by reducing the weight of packaging and setting up a take-back system for reuse or recycling.
